You will place purchase orders, analyze sales trends, and collaborate across operations, merchandising, and leadership to protect service levels and profitability. Remote role with strong analytical skills and Excel/BI tools required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and math skillset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inbounds flow and inventory level management to maintain service levels.
• End-to-end ownership of assigned buying desk with KPI targets (fill rate, days on hand, shrink).
• Conduct root-cause analysis to understand demand drivers and take corrective actions.
• Procure and manage investment buys to attain category profitability.
• Create and analyze daily/weekly reports to monitor service levels and inventory turns.
