Job summary

World Business Lenders LLC is seeking a Processing Analyst to manage loan files from receipt through underwriting and closing. You will communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure complete and accurate documentation and timely progression of files.

The role requires 1–3 years in banking/finance, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. This is a fully remote position based in the United States, with standard business hours and occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of banking/finance experience; lending/loan documents experience helpful.
• Proficient in reading loan documents and title commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned loan files from receipt through underwriting and closing.
• Review files, contact customers, and conduct interviews to understand the business and loan purpose.
• Identify issues early and escalate when necessary to clear conditions.
• Collect and organize required documents (business, legal, property, ownership).
• Coordinate with underwriting, closing, title, valuation, and legal teams.
