Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Private Wealth Advisor to lead high-net-worth client relationships from a remote base with travel to Nebraska. The role offers base pay of $240,000–$280,000 plus incentives, with total compensation up to $350,000.

Qualifications

CFP designation is required.
7+ years in wealth management or private client services.
Experience with family offices or multi-family offices.
Proven track record leading HNW/UHNW relationships including business owners.
Strong investment and financial planning expertise across estate, tax and multigenerational planning.
Excellent listening, communication, discretion and empathy.
Organized, resourceful and collaborative.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed understanding of clients’ financial goals, family dynamics and business interests.
Lead client reviews and translate complex strategies into clear decisions.
Coordinate investment, retirement, estate, tax and risk-management planning.
Work with attorneys, CPAs and investment professionals on trusts and wealth transfer.
Support family governance and multigenerational planning conversations.
Anticipate client needs, cultivate referrals and ensure compliant execution with internal teams.
