Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience at an RIA or sales-oriented advisory firm.
• Sales-minded, relationship-driven approach to business development.
• Series 65 or 66 license.
• CFP, CFA, or CPWA designation is a plus, but not required.
• 401(k) or retirement plan experience helpful.
• Ideally located in the Pacific Northwest region.
• Candidates with an existing book of business are welcome — compensation for a book can be discussed separately.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of high-net-worth client relationships
• Lead educational conversations with clients around investments and wealth management opportunities
• Guide clients through complex financial planning needs, including wills, trusts, and inheritance planning
• Convert qualified, warm leads into long-term advisory relationships
• Work alongside founders and senior advisors as business is passed through the firm's growing pipeline
