Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to deliver behavioral health services. Providers work as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, focusing on client care while Rula handles insurance, billing, and admin tasks.

Compensation details include $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks and no-shows/late cancellations protections.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions (53 minutes) to clients in Washington.
• Complete session notes and treatment plans within the EHR.
• Collaborate with Rula admin for billing, claims, and scheduling.
