Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network and seeks licensed behavioral health clinicians to join as 1099 contractors. Sessions are paid per hour (LMHCs at $80 for a 53-minute session) with no minimum caseload and full scheduling autonomy.

Providers deliver telehealth services, handle sessions and notes while Rula takes care of billing, claims, and admin. Credentialing support and a dedicated helpdesk are available to support clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold a WA license as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI required for billing.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, or family therapy via telehealth to clients.
• Manage scheduling autonomy and maintain client notes and sessions.
• Collaborate with Rula's billing and administrative team as needed.
