Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and seeks LMFTs, LICSWs, or LMHCs to join as independent contractors. Providers enjoy no minimum caseloads, full scheduling autonomy, and streamlined credentialing and enrollment with insurance partners.

Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and technical support, while clinicians focus on delivering quality client care. Dedicated support and ongoing clinical development are part of the offer, with referrals and calendar management

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington state.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
• Contractor 1099 with no minimum caseloads and full scheduling autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to WA clients as a 1099 contractor.
• Manage own schedule with complete autonomy over availability.
• Assist clients with access to care; deliver high-quality behavioral health services.
• Collaborate with Rula support teams handling billing, claims and EHR.
