Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of Washington-based licensed providers and offering 1099 contractor roles. Therapists will conduct hourly sessions (53 minutes) with flexible scheduling, referrals, and full administrative support from Rula.

Candidates must be licensed LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC and able to provide telehealth. New providers can credential quickly through our team and access reliable client referrals, with protection for no-shows and cancelled cases.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMFT/LICSW/LMHC sessions in Washington state.
• Manage scheduling autonomy and client referrals with minimal administrative burden.
