Job summary

Rula, a behavioral health network expanding in Washington, seeks LMFTs/LICSWs/LMHCs licensed in WA to join as 1099 contractors. You will provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families while maintaining schedule autonomy.

You set your availability, receive client referrals, and benefit from billing handled by Rula. Compensation is $80 per 53‑minute session, with bi‑weekly direct deposits and protection for no-shows and late cancellations, plus credentialing and EHR support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC and licensed in Washington.
• Valid NPI required.
• Telehealth capable and comfortable with remote sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families in Washington.
• Maintain session notes and documentation within the EHR; handle notes post-session as required.
• Manage telehealth schedule with complete autonomy and ensure timely billing and administrative tasks are supported by Rula.
