Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs (or LICSW/LMFT) to join as 1099 contractors with full autonomy over scheduling and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Providers choose when to work and how many clients to see, while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support.
