Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll set your own schedule and total client load while delivering high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and no-shows/late cancellations protections. You’ll join a growing clinician community with flexible credentials and strong clinical support from Rula.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI on file.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to clients via telehealth.
• Maintain professional documentation and notes for sessions.
• Adhere to 1099 contractor guidelines and scheduling autonomy.
