LMHCs, LMFTs and LICSWs licensed in Washington can join, with flexible scheduling and dedicated admin support handling insurance, billing, and EHR tasks so you can focus on client care and notes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington.
• Valid NPI and Washington licensure required.
• Telehealth capability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions (53 minutes) to clients.
• Document session notes in the EHR and maintain records.
• Coordinate with admin on insurance, billing, and claims.
• Utilize scheduling autonomy to set available client slots.
