Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington, offering 1099 contractor roles with session autonomy. Providers can manage their own schedules and enjoy administrative support from Rula.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), paid biweekly, with payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. WA providers may have remote work options and an in-person session pay increase if they have office space.

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
