Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington and is seeking LMFT/LICSW/LMHC clinicians to join as 1099 contractors offering telehealth sessions. You control your schedule, set availability, and receive referrals while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support.

This role requires a valid WA license, ability to provide telehealth, and a commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral health care within a flexible, autonomous practice environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions with clients, couples, and families
• Complete session notes and documentation in the EHR
• Manage your own schedule and client load
• Collaborate with Rula support teams for billing and claims
