Job summary

Cronus Capital Management LLC is seeking a Private Equity Intern to support investment and consulting activities in a fully remote, full-time role. You will work with senior team members to evaluate opportunities, perform financial modeling, and assist in due diligence for investments and advisory engagements.

The position involves preparing investment memos and internal reports, monitoring portfolio performance, and tracking fintech/alternative market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Foundational knowledge of investments and finance, with familiarity in valuation methods and financial statements.
• Interest or experience in private equity and alternative investments, including exposure to transaction processes.
• Ability to support due diligence activities, such as market research, competitor analysis, and risk assessment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling or data analysis tools is beneficial.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a structured format.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
• Demonstrated interest in fintech, venture capital, or asset management is a plus.
