Qualifications

• 6–15 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or similar private markets platform.
• Strong quantitative capabilities with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Experience in portfolio construction, analytics, implementation, or risk monitoring would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio analytics initiatives across private credit strategies.
• Support allocation and portfolio management decisions throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Monitor risk, diversification, liquidity, and covenant compliance across funds and mandates.
• Coordinate investment execution with cross-functional teams including legal, tax, finance and operations.
• Contribute to client reporting, market commentary, and investment content.
