Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a physician’s office, pharmacy, or healthcare facility.
• 5 years of experience in clinical settings preferred.
• Experience with TPAs (Availity, Carelon, Evicore, UHC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact payers for eligibility and benefit information.
• Submit complete and accurate authorization requests.
• Maintain documentation of authorization activity.
