Job summary

Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist to review medication requests from home, applying evidence-based criteria and ensuring medical necessity. This fully remote position offers a flexible day or evening schedule, predictable workload, and no commute.

You will work with CMS and health-plan requirements, collaborate with medical directors, and document determinations clearly. Eligible candidates hold a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, an active U.S.

Qualifications

• Education: PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license (multi-state preferred but not required).
• Experience: Hospital, ambulatory, community, or any clinical pharmacy background is highly valued. New graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
