Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with color testing (F-M) preferred.
• 1–2 years in product development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess lab dips and communicate color comments to fabric mills (Color Development).
• Match seasonal inspiration to Pantone numbers and corporate color standards.
• Match color for printers using Ned Graphics software.
• Update and organize color palettes and standards.
• Prepare and submit art/color packages via email/shipments.
• Maintain print charts with details and statuses.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain print development archives and storage for season changes.
