Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience developing complex software products.
• 8+ years of programming in Ruby on Rails.
• 8+ years scaling Postgres databases.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery, product quality, and uptime of mission-critical features.
• Communicate technical vision and set an example for the organization.
