Opportunities for a Principal Software Engineer

About You

• A track record of creating positive business impact beyond just writing code, such as leading teams, driving new technologies, or owning major features.
• Previous experience as a full-stack engineer, including working directly with customers.
• A passion for learning and continuous improvement, comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Ability to read more about our engineering values.

Great to Have

• Familiarity with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with an OOP language (e.g., Java, C++) and a modern JS framework (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
• Proficiency in working on distributed, cloud-hosted products with rapid release cycles.
• Experience working in agile teams, delivering incremental small features and adapting to user needs.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary ranges from £78,000 to £90,000+ depending on experience.
