The role balances strategic leadership with hands-on contributions across architecture, code reviews, and production-grade ML solutions in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred.
• 7+ years in ML research or engineering with 5+ years building large-scale real-time ML systems.
• Expertise across ML lifecycle and experimentation; strong Python and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Define technical vision and strategy for data-driven payment optimization initiatives.
• Develop scalable real-time ML models and rapid experimentation capabilities.
• Oversee design, deployment, validation, and maintenance of ML models and updates.
