Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Principal Clinical Program Pharmacist to lead strategy and development of clinical products. This remote role offers collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap, maintain clinical criteria, and keep products competitive.

You will analyze market data, guide regulatory oversight, and partner with clients to deliver impactful pharmacy benefits management solutions.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree required.
• Current pharmacist license in good standing in the US.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail, hospital, clinical or managed care, including 2 in clinical/managed care setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex clinical product initiatives including clinical criteria.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize market information, clinical guidelines and member claims data to support product management initiatives.
• Coordinate, launch and implement new products, improvements across stakeholders.
• Represent Clinical department as a strategic partner during customer requirement sessions.
• Oversee regulatory (URAC/NCQA, CMS, state law) and external representation of the department.
• Validate the accuracy of clinical product information and setup; may include user acceptance testing.
• Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships with leaders to drive informed decisions.
• Collaborate with client partners as needed.
