Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Principal, Autonomous Enterprise Consulting to join our leadership team. This high-impact, client-facing role requires vision, executive presence, and deep expertise in Generative AI and agentic workflows to shape transformative roadmaps.

You will advise senior executives, lead AI advisory engagements, and collaborate with global teams to deliver enterprise AI transformations, operating models, and responsible governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional consulting experience in AI/ML and Intelligent Automation.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ consultants.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, agentic AI, ML, AI engineering, intelligent automation, data strategy, and enterprise AI transformation.
• Proven track record advising, presenting to, and building long-term relationships with C-suite and SVP-level executives.
• Experience managing engagement portfolios of $10M+ annually.
• Industry expertise in Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, or Technology.
• Background in Business Process Re-engineering; Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen is a plus.
• Dynamic, outcomes-focused leader with executive presence and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Executive Advisory: Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives on AI strategy and transformation.
• Engagement Leadership: Shape and lead AI advisory engagements, governance, and full-scale transformations.
• Business Development & Solutioning: Guide opportunities from discovery to multi-disciplinary design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams to address complex client needs.
• Practice Growth: Contribute to expanding the Autonomous Enterprise practice through thought leadership and coaching.
