SHI International Corp. seeks a Principal Architect to lead cross-practice delivery across data engineering, visualization, governance, and AI. You will orchestrate a unified technical approach across capability leads, own delivery sequencing, and manage risks to ensure repeatable, scalable delivery in complex engagements.

The role emphasizes talent development, development of delivery standards, and applying AI tooling to improve efficiency and outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise data or AI solutions in a consulting or services context.
• Deep expertise in data engineering, visualization, or governance with cross-discipline leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on large, multi-disciplinary engagements across data engineering, visualization, governance, and AI.
• Orchestrate unified delivery plans with capability leads and enforce shared standards.
• Own delivery approach, sequencing, staffing, and risk management across workstreams.
• Drive practice maturation with standards, accelerators, and advisory frameworks.
