ERC Pathlight, a national remote therapy provider, is hiring Virtual Primary Therapists to conduct individual and group sessions for adults, youth, and families. You will develop treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients across states via HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

Required are an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and an independent license. State licensure varies; the Virtual Therapist role offers a competitive USD salary range

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related.
• Independent mental health license required by state.
• Experience with individual and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy: individual, group and family therapy.
• Complete clinical paperwork: treatment plans, progress notes, aftercare and discharge summaries.
• Attend treatment team meetings and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
