Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. This role offers fully virtual practice with flexible scheduling and an independent contractor arrangement.

Physicians can set their own visit schedule within a weekly framework, work from anywhere, and receive streamlined support, including credentialing assistance and malpractice coverage. Compensation is per visit with potential growth as visit times shorten.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in multiple states (5+) with willingness to obtain more; QuickMD covers costs.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Able to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days; schedule submitted a week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Familiar with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care including assessments and history reviews.
• Prescribe medications within policy and guide proper use (buprenorphine for OUD allowed).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay updated with telehealth innovations and best practices.
