Job summary

Optum NV is seeking career-minded final-year Family or Internal Medicine Residents to join the Physician Pathways Program, a paid mentorship that eases the transition from training into practice. The program offers virtual participation, flexible commitment, and mentorship from experienced physicians within a national care delivery organization.

You'll gain exposure to value-based care, population health initiatives, and the Quadruple Aim while preparing for outpatient practice in Nevada.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• PGY3 or Chief Resident in Family or Internal Medicine Residency.
• Desire to practice outpatient care in Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Receive a guaranteed salary in your final year of training.
• Enhance the experience of final months of training and reduce job-search burden.
• Learn to operate in a value-based care model and population health initiatives.
