Qualifications

• Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In A Primary Care Setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care services to Aetna members, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications.
• Utilize strong clinical skills to assess and manage complex medical issues in a variety of patient populations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate and provide comprehensive care.
• Foster a patient-centered approach to care, considering the physical, emotional, and social needs of each individual.
• Stay current on medical advancements and best practices in primary care, implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all confidentiality and privacy regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
