Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Pricing and Underwriting to lead pricing, underwriting, and risk analysis for diverse client opportunities. You will guide Supervisors and Analysts, develop pricing recommendations, and ensure compliant, data-driven decision making.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, contribute to client meetings, and support leadership reporting on pricing performance and risk exposure. An emphasis on process improvements and mentorship is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative or business field.
• 4+ years of pricing and/or underwriting experience in pharmacy benefit management or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing and underwriting functions for new business, renewal business, and pricing requests.
• Lead, coach, and train supervisors and analysts to ensure accurate pricing and risk analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and apply pricing models and risk evaluation tools.
