Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to develop quotes, analyze customer pricing, and partner with the sales team to refine pricing strategies and profitability.

The role focuses on pricing analysis, market trends, and process improvements to drive customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a background in pricing within manufacturing or distribution, strong Excel and SQL skills, and familiarity with P21 ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in pricing analysis roles within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience in the lighting industry preferred but not required.
• Proficient knowledge in lighting products preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel and SQL; experience with P21 software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing structures for job quotes based on market trends and inventory levels.
• Manage customer pricing effectively in P21/ ERP software.
• Analyze pricing results including trends, turnaround time, win ratios, and price competitiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide timely and accurate pricing information.
• Utilize advanced Excel to manage and analyze pricing data, eventually expanded into Power BI analytics.
• Build strong relationships with sales representatives to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and customer expectations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend creative solutions to optimize pricing strategies.
• Analyze competitive market research and maintain competitive database.
• Prepare regular reports on pricing trends and competitive analysis for management review.
• Support the implementation of pricing-related projects and initiatives.
• Expand pricing support to all divisions within the company (Distribution, OEM, ESCO, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned
