Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Presales Storage Architect focused on unstructured data and hybrid cloud. The role emphasizes design of scalable storage, POCs, and AI-driven data workflows, with extensive customer interaction.

The position requires deep expertise in file/object storage technologies and experience guiding customers through architecture decisions, including AI inferencing and RAG pipelines. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing unstructured storage solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Strong customer-facing solution design experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise file/object storage tailored to customer needs.
• Lead POCs and workshops to validate performance and fit.
• Provide storage expertise for NFS/SMB and S3, with AI data workflows.
• Collaborate with product management to influence roadmap and requirements.
• Present solutions to executives and technical audiences.
• Stay updated on unstructured storage trends and cloud integrations.
• Support pre-sales engagements, RFIs/RFPs, and solution justification.
