Interdependence is a rapidly growing PR and integrated marketing firm that serves brands across consumer health and lifestyle sectors. This role supports our professional services PR practice, helping design and execute creative campaigns, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with a dynamic team.

You’ll develop and implement PR plans, draft materials, and drive media outreach while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PR or communications experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• Experience with or interest in Professional Services PR, media relations, and influencer marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven success in media outreach and securing coverage.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Creative, curious, and passionate about health and lifestyle storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of consumer PR accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Support development and execution of strategic PR plans aligned with client objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client results.
• Contribute to creation and execution of PR campaigns, including media outreach and influencer collaborations.
• Help draft press materials such as press releases and pitches.
• Conduct media outreach to secure coverage and improve brand visibility.
• Collaborate with senior team members and peers on planning sessions.
• Assist with project coordination to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Stay informed about industry trends, media landscapes, and consumer insights.
• Help track and compile campaign results and prepare client reports.
