Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PPP transactions, including financial modeling.
• Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts verbally and in writing.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Desire to assume increasing levels of responsibility and seek solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the execution of PPP transactions
• Developing complex financial models, including macros and VBA programming
• Assisting in the management of due diligence processes, including managing third-party advisors
• Preparing client presentations and actively participating in discussions
• Researching potential business development opportunities
• Maintaining marketing materials for the firm, including creating pitches for potential clients
