Job summary

The Marlin Alliance, Inc. seeks a skilled Power Platform Developer to support a Navy client. This is a fully remote role requiring the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

You will design and deploy Power Automate workflows, build Power Apps, and create Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decisions. Qualifications include a DoD clearance or eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree (or 2–4 years of relevant experience), and hands-on experience with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 apps.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Power Automate workflows for diverse client needs.
• Develop and deploy Power Apps to address business challenges.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for decision support.
• Troubleshoot workflows and recommend Power Platform solutions.
• Deliver virtual demos, training, and documentation for solutions.
• Use advanced Excel features to generate reports and analyze data.
• Support the client’s M365 Teams environment for collaboration.
