Alignerr is seeking a Population Health Informaticist for AI training, remote, hourly contract, 10–40 hours per week. Bring health data expertise to real-world AI projects and help improve how AI interprets population-level health insights.

Contribute to health decision support by evaluating AI outputs, spotting gaps, and delivering clear, structured feedback for training workflows. Flexible, independent work across global teams is encouraged.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and data quality issues.
• Experience with data visualization and health reporting dashboards.
• Ability to translate insights into structured feedback for AI training.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently and asynchronously.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and validate AI-generated population health analyses, dashboards, and data interpretations for accuracy and clinical relevance.
• Identify gaps, errors, or misleading patterns in AI outputs related to health trends, disparities, and community outcomes.
• Provide structured expert feedback to help AI systems reason more accurately about epidemiological and population-level data.
• Review and assess data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and surveillance methodologies generated or described by AI.
• Translate complex health informatics concepts into clear, actionable feedback for AI training workflows.
