ManpowerGroup is seeking an Outbound Call Center representative for a remote, work-from-home role supporting surveys for a political party. The position offers flexible scheduling and a starting pay of $13.00 per hour, with shifts typically from 1–9 pm, and hours chosen by the agent.

In this role you will conduct political surveys by phone, engage respondents professionally, follow scripts, and record responses using provided tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to read aloud clearly.
• Strong English pronunciation.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for conducting calls.
• Laptop/desktop with Windows 10 and a camera.
• Wired USB headset and Ethernet for training and surveys.
