Job summary

SMX is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide critical coordination, tracking, and documentation support. This 100% remote role involves working closely with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure deadlines are met and processes are documented.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in project coordination or PMO support, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
