Job summary

evolvedMD is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to lead psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans. This remote role may be based at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters.

You will provide medication management, collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams, and ensure thorough documentation while supporting patients across Arizona. A DEA license and ANCC PMHNP board certification are required, with bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with active, unrestricted Arizona license.
• Board-certified by ANCC as PMHNP.
• Active DEA license.
• 1+ year direct psychiatric care experience (3+ preferred).
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management including prescribing and adjusting psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support integrated care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Document accurately in EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel for on-site team gatherings or consultations may be required.
