Job summary

Legion Health is seeking highly capable PMHNPs to deliver psychiatric care through telehealth from anywhere in the United States. This role offers meaningful clinical autonomy with support from experienced psychiatrists, and both full-time and part-time options are available.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state or jurisdiction.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more.
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and adhere to evidence-based protocols.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers via consultations and case reviews.
Leverage technology and telehealth systems to deliver reliable remote care.
