Qualifications

• Current ANCC or AANP PMHNP board certification.
• Active, unencumbered APRN license in state of practice.
• Valid DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges.
• Active NPI number, reliable high-speed internet, and HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments.
• Develop tailored psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR system.
• Provide psychotherapeutic guidance and patient education on medication adherence and mental health.
