Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for flexible telehealth coverage. Work remotely under a 1099 contract, with autonomy to set your schedule while collaborating with psychiatrists nationwide.

The role requires PMHNP certification, active APRN license, and at least 2 years of autonomous PMHNP experience in outpatient settings. Multistate licensure and DEAs are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active and clear APRN license.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP certification required.
• At least 2 years autonomous PMHNP experience post-graduate.
• Experience in outpatient settings.
• Telehealth experience and comfort with technology.
• Licensed in 4+ states (more is better).
• Multi-state DEAs is a plus, at least 1 DEA preferred.
• 8+ hours of availability per week.
• Experience with adolescents strongly preferred.
• Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (video consultations and asynchronous messaging).
• Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication-related counseling.
• Maintain licensure and timely charting (within 48 hours of session).
• Support a 72-hour messaging response window for patients.
