Job summary

Legion Health, Inc. is seeking experienced PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth on a fully remote basis nationwide. You will maintain clinical autonomy with support from collaborators and comprehensive administrative backing.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in at least one US state.
• Proficient in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.
• Strong communication and remote care capabilities.
• Experience with telehealth and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
