Job summary

You Are Accountable, LLC is seeking a North Carolina remote Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to work as an independent contractor (1099) providing telehealth services through PIN-PS. You will conduct initiating visits, establish diagnoses, ensure medical necessity, and create a care plan to support navigation services.

The role requires active PMHNP-BC certification, unrestricted APRN licensure (preferably in NC and neighboring states), and the ability to work under a

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APRN licensure in one or more states including NC.
• National board certification as PMHNP-BC.
• Must have supervision or protocol arrangement per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initiating telehealth visits (psychiatric evals) and establish diagnosis and plan.
• Document visits in EHR within 48 hours to meet billing standards.
• Serve as billing practitioner and provide supervision of certified peer support specialists.
• Furnish follow-up visits as clinically indicated.
• Cooperate with quality, audit, and payer compliance activities.
