Brightside Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for flexible telehealth. The role is a 1099 contract with autonomous practice and nationwide collaboration with psychiatrists.

Expect $84.00 to $115.00 per hour, with 8+ hours available weekly and a strong emphasis on evidence-based, AI-assisted care. Ideal candidates hold PMHNP certification, an APRN license, and at least 2 years of outpatient PMHNP experience.

Qualifications

• Active and clear APRN license.
• Licensed PMHNP with autonomous practice.
• Minimum 2 years of autonomous PMHNP experience.
• Outpatient setting experience.
• Telehealth experience and tech comfort.
• Licensed in 4+ states (more is better).
• Multi-state DEAs a plus.
• 8+ hours of availability per week.
• Adolescent experience preferred.
• Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licensure to prescribe and dispense medications.
• Write medical information clearly for patients.
• Be tech-savvy and enthusiastic about technology improving care.
• Collaborate with team and leadership.
• Provide direct telemedicine care (video and messaging).
• Respond promptly to leadership and members.
• Evaluate records, make prescribing decisions, and counsel on medications.
• Complete charting within 48 hours of sessions.
• Support a 72-hour patient messaging window.
