Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide care from home with no practice administration. You’ll diagnose, treat, and manage patient care via Talkspace’s telehealth platform, while enjoying flexibility and privacy in your schedule.

The role is contract-based, focusing on delivering quality mental health care to a diverse patient population. Must hold Utah PMHNP license, active DEA, and NPI, with CAQH submission required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP in Utah required.
• Active DEA and NPI numbers required.
• CAQH application completed and signed.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in state(s) of licensure.
• Conduct PDEs for new referrals and E/M for established patients.
• Use Talkspace platform for video sessions and documentation.
• Coordinate with Talkspace psychiatry team as needed.
