Job summary

Prosper Health is expanding its Telehealth PMHNP program in Arizona to deliver psychiatric evaluation and medication management for autistic and neurodivergent adults. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage medications within a data-driven framework while coordinating with Prosper psychologists.

The role offers flexible scheduling, a remote work setup, and the opportunity to help build a scalable care model with supportive clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC required
• Master's or doctoral degree in PMH nursing
• Active, unrestricted Arizona APRN license
• Active DEA registration and ability to register with Arizona PM-PROG

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
• Use Prosper psychologist evaluations to inform initial assessment and treatment plans.
• Prescribe, titrate, and monitor psychiatric medications per Prosper protocols.
• Maintain visit cadence and PDMP checks per Arizona/DEA requirements.
• Document assessments and treatment plans clearly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Operations, and Engineering to refine care model and tooling.
