Transitions Counseling and Consulting is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatry/medication management for adolescents and adults in a remote role across Texas.

We offer a 4-day work week, strong compensation with a salary range of $115,000 to $123,000 per year, 5-14% bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k), HSA, and more.

Qualifikationen

• Continually licensed in good standing as a PMHNP in Texas.
• Current Texas DEA license to initiate credentialing.
• 1-2 years of independent clinical experience with adolescents and adults preferred.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medication for adolescents and adults.
• Order and assess laboratory and diagnostic tests as needed.
• Maintain high-quality care aligned with policies and accrediting standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team to optimize outcomes.
• Utilize integrated EHR for scheduling, documentation, prescriptions, and labs.
• Schedule and billing support without on-call responsibilities.
