Job summary

ARC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for a remote position based in Middletown, CT. You will perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and care coordination for addiction treatment clients in a year-long home-based program across states.

The role requires multi-state licensure, weekend coverage, and a commitment to comprehensive patient care with administrative duties supported by leadership. Starting pay is $70/hour with full-time benefits offered.

Qualifications

• PMHNP-BC is required.
• Multi-state licensure/DEAs required.
• Willing to work weekends (Friday included).
• This role is remote but must reside in CT, FL, GA, IN, KY, ME, MA, NH, OH, RI, VA, NJ, NY, PA, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-min initial and 30-min follow-up psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Coordinate care with leadership and cross-location coverage as needed.
• Review admissions, sign treatment plans, and authorize orders in Aura.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend call rotation (approx. 7 days per 5-week period).
• Perform administrative duties and maintain documentation with appropriate schedules.
