Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych seeks a PMHNP to provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.

You will perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed, delivering care in accordance with laws and ethical standards.

Clinicians work from home with flexible days and hours; regular virtual team staffing and weekly to monthly clinical conferences ensure collaborative care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PMHNP license.
• Open to licensing in multiple states.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare professionals.
• Solid computer and technology skills.
• Strong clinical background in psychiatry.
• Familiarity with psychopharmacology and non-pharmacological interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed.
• Ensure care delivered is compliant with laws and ethical standards.
• Partake in autonomy of practice without corporate interference.
• Attend regular staffing with collaborating therapists (monthly/quarterly) and virtual clinical conferences.
